Welcome to our Escape Center. Your safety, enjoyment, and trust are important to us. By visiting or participating in any activities at our facility, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy and Liability Disclaimer. Please read the following carefully.

1. Child Supervision & Guest Safety

Our facility is designed to be a family-friendly experience. However, all children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

We strive to maintain a safe environment, but we are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to negligence, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow safety instructions by guests or their guardians.

2. Liability for Injuries

Participation in physical or mental challenges at our escape center is at your own risk.

Guests are required to follow all safety protocols and staff instructions. We do not assume liability for injuries resulting from reckless behavior, ignoring posted signs, or improper use of our facilities.

3. Damage to Property

All visitors are expected to respect our rooms, equipment, and decor.

Any intentional or accidental damage to the property caused by a guest (or their children/pets) will be the financial responsibility of that individual or their legal guardian.

The Escape Center reserves the right to pursue reimbursement for any such damages.

4. Pet Policy & Responsibility

Pets are not permitted unless prior approval is granted by management.

If a guest brings a pet and it causes damage to the property or injury to another guest, the pet owner will be held fully responsible for all associated costs, injuries, or disruptions.

5. Personal Data & Privacy

Any personal information collected during bookings (such as name, contact number, or email address) is kept confidential and is used solely for communication related to your visit.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

6. Photography & Surveillance

Security cameras may be in use for the safety of our staff and guests.

Photos or videos taken on our premises may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify a staff member before participating.

7. Booking Policies & Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable unless canceled within a specified time frame (refer to our Booking Terms & Conditions).

Late arrivals may not be guaranteed full game time, and rescheduling is at the discretion of management.

8. Code of Conduct

We promote a welcoming, respectful environment for all guests. Offensive behavior, intoxication, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Agreement to Terms

By entering our facility or making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all there’s listed above to (by all terms listed here and on-site.). These policies are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

10. Important Info

No backpacks or diaper bags allowed.
Purses, fanny packs, and similar items are also not allowed inside.
Please lock belongings in your vehicle or use on-site lockers (if available).
Only brown paper bags (disposable) are allowed for food.
Guests may bring their own lunch or purchase food from Petal & Stone.
No transferring of bags or containers off the property is permitted.
Only clear stadium bags are allowed; available for purchase at P&S if needed.
This is enter-at-your-own-risk property ( Includes off site , on site and online interactions with petal & stone.).
All posted signs and notices are legally binding.

11. Allergy Acknowledgment

Customers are advised that Petal & Stone uses dried flowers, leaves, botanicals, cinnamon, and other organic materials in its products and packaging. Additionally, animals, insects, and bees may be present in or around our workspace and packaging environment. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge this and agree that Petal & Stone is not liable for any allergic reactions or related health issues. Customers are responsible for managing their own allergy risks and are encouraged to carry necessary medications, such as antihistamines or EpiPens, if applicable.
