By accessing or using the services provided by Petal & Stone (“we,” “our,” or “the Center”), whether through our website, in-person visits, or event bookings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be completed through our official channels (website, phone, or in-person).
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Group bookings and event rentals may be subject to special terms or deposits as outlined in the booking agreement.

4. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while on our premises.
Offensive language, harassment, violence, or destruction of property will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate in activities and may be asked to leave.

5. Facility Use and Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for following all posted rules and staff instructions.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Food and beverages are only allowed in designated areas.

6. Health and Safety

Guests agree not to enter the facility if they are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness (e.g., fever, cough, sore throat).
The Center maintains the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone posing a health or safety risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, exhibits, branding, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Petal & Stone.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participation in activities is at your own risk. Petal & Stone is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit, except in cases of gross negligence.
Guests assume all responsibility for personal belongings.

9. Modifications to Terms

Petal & Stone reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.

11. Important Info

No backpacks or diaper bags allowed.
Purses, fanny packs, and similar items are also not allowed inside.
Please lock belongings in your vehicle or use on-site lockers (if available).
Only brown paper bags (disposable) are allowed for food.
Guests may bring their own lunch or purchase food from Petal & Stone.
No transferring of bags or containers off the property is permitted.
Only clear stadium bags are allowed; available for purchase at P&S if needed.
This is enter-at-your-own-risk property ( Includes off site , on site and online interactions with petal & stone.).
All posted signs and notices are legally binding.

12. Allergy Acknowledgment

Customers are advised that Petal & Stone uses dried flowers, leaves, botanicals, cinnamon, and other organic materials in its products and packaging. Additionally, animals, insects, and bees may be present in or around our workspace and packaging environment. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge this and agree that Petal & Stone is not liable for any allergic reactions or related health issues. Customers are responsible for managing their own allergy risks and are encouraged to carry necessary medications, such as antihistamines or EpiPens, if applicable.
